This fully ULC (United Laboratories of Canada) listed and approved central station facility is staffed by employees some of which have been in continuous service for over twenty years. Upgraded with the latest in digital electronic receiving equipment the station now provides high secure and supervised IP monitoring to suppliment its digital receivers, and recently added two way voice to provide direct communications from dispatcher to client via a two way speaker in the keypad.
